What do you know about the Baketress? Or maybe you haven’t heard of her yet? It’s Chef Richard Hales from Sakaya Kitchen (Dim Ssam a Gogo)’s new Dessert Concept with Pastry Chef extraordinaire Vanessa Paz. It will feature lots of homemade desserts including pies, doughnuts and even coffee. Below you can find a menu for it’s upcoming pop up debut at the Coral Springs Food Truck Festival on Sunday November 6th.
Why pop up? You’ll never know when she’s gonna be there. The Sakaya Kitchen Truck had a mini artwork renovation which means you now know what to look for.
And what post would be complete with out some food shots. All pics courtesy of The Baketress.
All of the B.C. Tacos have catchy names. One interesting thing to note is that there are only hard corn tortilla or soft flour tortillas available . One of their specialties is the over the top Caveman Taco which somehow involve tons of meat, hard and soft tacos. Tortilla chips with 4 homemade sauces and a Smores Taco round out the menu which you can check out below.
El Rey De Las Fritas make its long awaited debut at this week at Street Food Fridays. It’s only fitting that they make it during National Hamburger Month. Check out the Guayabera on El Rey, so awesome.
