The Baketress Makes Her Pop Up Debut

It’s Chef Richard Hales from Sakaya Kitchen (Dim Ssam a Gogo)’s new Dessert Concept with Pastry Chef extraordinaire Vanessa Paz. It will feature lots of homemade desserts including pies, doughnuts and even coffee. Below you can find a menu for it’s upcoming pop up debut at the Coral Springs Food Truck Festival on Sunday November 6th.

Why pop up? You’ll never know when she’s gonna be there. The Sakaya Kitchen Truck had a mini artwork renovation which means you now know what to look for.

B.C. Tacos – Miami Food Truck

One of their specialties is the over the top Caveman Taco which somehow involve tons of meat, hard and soft tacos. Tortilla chips with 4 homemade sauces and a Smores Taco round out the menu which you can check out below.

Che Grill – Miami Food Truck
Posted by: | CommentsSomeone smell that? It must be the unmistakable smell of steak on the grill. Che Grill is bringing “Argentine Cuisine” to the Miami Food Truck crowds. There are also Empanadas and Choripan on the menu plus, a little Chimichurri on the side never hurt anyone.
