Last year’s South Beach Wine & Food Festival Event, Trucks on the Beach was a giant success. For 2013, they’re moving the event to Midtown!
“To most, mobile cuisine means eating breakfast on the drive to work. But there’s plenty of fresh, flavorful food to be found on four wheels — and you’ll discover just that at the 12th annual Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE.
With this exclusive offer, you’ll pay $85 (regularly $170) for access to one of the central events of the four-day festival: diet pepsi presents Trucks on Midtown’s Tracks on Sunday, February 24 from 3 to 6 p.m. Join the Travel Channel’s Andrew Zimmern as he hosts a smorgasbord of Miami’s best food trucks (list below) at the boutique Midtown neighborhood. Come sip on a glass of wine or a beer and mingle among the best of Miami’s meals on wheels at this festival of mobile cuisine.”

4th Annual Burgie Awards & Food Festival in Ft. Lauderdale on Saturday February 2nd

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – In 2009 South Florida Food Blogger Burger Beast wanted to honor the unsung heroes of the South Florida Food Scene with Awards. His “Burgie Awards”, the first of their kind were a sensation. SFL Restaurants & Food Trucks have now taken to proudly displaying their “Burgie Awards” year round. Voting for the 2013 Awards has been going on at BurgerBeast.Com since November 4th, 2012 and will end on Wednesday January 9th, 2013.
Riverwalk Ft. Lauderdale is bringing the 2013 Burgies to Esplanade Park in Ft. Lauderdale on Saturday February 2nd. It will be the 1st time the event takes place in Broward County. If you’re a food fan then this is the event for you. 5 South Florida Restaurants & over 20 Food Trucks will be on hand selling to the public a variety of great eats. Brown Distributing will have an array of Craft Beers to choose from.

JM Lexus will be having a “Miami Dolphins” themed event on Friday January 18th from 5PM-10PM.
You will have photo opportunities with the Super Bowl Trophy, Dolphin Cheerleaders, alumni Dolphin Players as well as they will be showing the documentary about the Dolphins 1972 Undefeated Season, More Than Perfect!
