Thanksgiving Dinner Food Truck Challenge @ Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

I was thinking, how could I spice up the November edition of the Seminole Hard Rock Food Truck Rally I curate? And poof, the Thanksgiving Dinner Challenge was created! I asked 40 different South Florida Food Trucks to submit a dish and from there 22 were chosen to compete for “Top Turkey” honors in Savory & Sweet Categories.
The Thanksgiving Dinner Challenge will be taking place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood on Thursday Night November 15th from 5:30-10PM. The dishes will be available for sale to the public and the winner(s) will be chosen by an esteemed Panel of Judges:
Every Food Truck will have their Regular Menu along with the Dishes below:

Florida Rock Stars is bringing a great Classic Rock Show with performances by local favorites Mr. Nice Guy and the Regs as well as Three Feet Closer and Eclipse. In addition, 20 South Food Trucks will be on hand served up by the Food Truck Invasion while Premier Beverage Catering serves up the Beer, Wine and Mixed Drinks.
This Event is dedicated to honoring our Veterans, and will feature a special awards ceremony in conjunction with Thinking of You Services, a Veterans Support Organization that provides care packages to our troops overseas!
Tickets are $20 at the gate. $15 advance tickets are available online and also at the Lumo Printing location in Homestead. Reserved tables, which include eight (8) tickets, are available for $200, for more details, call 305.951.3156.
